Events
Our members inform us that the discussions and networking at these events are extremely valuable.
The BMMA holds two annual face-to-face meetings. The BMMA Annual Meeting (held in the spring) is co-located with ResearchFirst's Broadband Services seminar, allowing members to save on travel expenses while continuing the learning and networking through out the week. The Fall Workshop is typically hosted by one of our member companies and may include tours of the local facilities.
Our monthly Hot Topic conference calls cover current and relevant broadband marketing issues. They are typically introduced by an industry leader and then followed by roundtable discussions including all participating members.

Abstract and discussion leader biography

As television continues on its crash collision course with internet, manufacturers like Samsung, LG, and Sony are locked in an arms race to build apps into their Smart TV platforms, Pay TV operators are deploying apps on their IPTV platforms, device vendors like Boxee, Roku, and Logitech are building Smart TV features into their hardware. Where is this heading? How will IPTV operators compete?
